Warranty policy for Apparels accessories products: -

Silver Kartz products sold on different market places are new, authentic and original. It has been crafted in accordance with 100% industry quality standards and comes with six months warranty service.
To qualify for the warranty service, one must present the product along with the invoice and valid warranty card at the registered office of Silver Kartz, Delhi, India
Warranty validation is six months from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice and valid against all manufacturing defects but, excluding glass damage, wear and tear of temple side, water or heat damage.

Warranty policy for Mobile Accessories products: -

Silver Kartz products sold on different market places are new, authentic and original. It has been crafted in accordance with 100% industry quality standards and comes with six months warranty service.
To qualify for the warranty service, one must present the product along with the invoice and valid warranty card at the registered office of Silver Kartz, Delhi, India
Warranty validation is six months from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice and valid against all manufacturing defects but, excluding glass damage, wear and tear of product, water or heat damage.

Warranty Policy for Databased products: -

All databased products from Silver Kartz comes with a limited period warranty of 2 years. OTG is not the part of warranty service. Silver Kartz warrants and tests the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to conform to published specifications. Proof of purchase must be provided that shows the original date and place of purchase, as well as the product description and price.
To qualify for warranty service, one must present the Product along with the original invoice and valid warranty duration at the registered office of Silver Kartz. Warranty service is only available for Indian resident address only.

Disclaimer: -

This manufacturer warranty does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear of the product or its part. This warranty does not apply to Product failure due to accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power. In addition, opening or tampering with the product casing, or any physical damage, abuse or alteration to the product’s surface, including all warranty or quality stickers, product serial or electronic numbers will also void the product warranty. To summarize, please note that should the product defect be caused by any of the following factors, Silver Kartz is not responsible for:

  • Mishandling during shipment.
  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by users.
  • Not following the instructions in the user’s manual correctly.

The Product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Silver Kartz will not be liable for damages resulting from a third-party device that causes the Product to fail. Silver Kartz shall in no event be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost business investments lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data. Silver Kartz is also not responsible for damage or failure to any third-party equipment, even if Silver Kartz has been advised of this possibility. This limitation does not apply to the extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.
The gold plating of certain products may fade away due to wear and tear and over a period of time and it will not be covered under warranty.

For Claiming Warranty: -

Please provide your original invoice from the channel which you had purchased our product. We shall need the defective product at our centre in Delhi, and we shall dispatch a new product in return.
To qualify for the warranty service, one must present the defective product at our Delhi registered office. You may send your product at, Silver Kartz, C-5, Shiv Puri, main patpar road, Delhi-110051. Please do mention your contact number and order id for our reference while sending your defective product to this address.
After a brief check, we shall dispatch a new product in return within 2 working days. Thank you.
